The final decision regarding the selection of the appropriate treatment program is made by the doctor and the physiotherapist, after the initial medical and physiotherapeutic examination. Consultations and treatments cannot be changed into other consultations or treatments. Not using any of the elements included in the package does not reduce its value.

The payment for the stay is charged in advance by bank transfer or payment on arrival.

The advance payment should be made within 7 days after making the reservation. After 14 days, the reservation not confirmed with a deposit will be canceled.

We would like to kindly inform you that in the event of resignation from treatment at the Live Residence, the down payment is not refundable.

The booked stay can be postponed with a one-time deposit up to 3 weeks before the planned date without losing the deposit. Otherwise, the down payment is not refundable.
